Who is Hyper Connect?

We’re Hyper Connect Asia! We want to write the next chapter of change in strategy led communications in the consumer-oriented digital world.

What's in the name?

It fits the personality of both the founders; Kiran is hyper and Ankur is the one who likes to connect with new people… On a serious note, we believe that we are an agency that creates marketing solutions for the hyper-connected world… Hence, Hyper Connect!

What do we do?

We’re a strategy-led agency hence strategy is at the core of everything we do. But our team can straddle between digital strategy, social media management, content creation, UX, and hardcore ATL.

Why we do it?

We saw a need gap where only very few agencies were able to leverage pure-play brand planning in the digital space. The ones that did were very large global networks.

We felt we could fulfill this gap and create a formidable team that can straddle brand thinking and execution for the hyper-connected world.

How we evolve?

We have built a great team from different walks of life... These people bring in new things on the table to keep everyone updated on their area of interest and collectively about the craft and mediums.

As agency leaders, we just try to channelize this process through rigorous follow-ups until it becomes a second habit.

Social responsibility in social media

Yes, it is a huge responsibility especially for Delhi Police’s Twitter which we handle. We have to be very vigilant in sharing the message that doesn’t trigger any hearsay. But the trick is to have a sound process so that we can mitigate any changes which are uncalled for.

The need of the hour

Commitment and Seriousness should be at the core of everything on social. More so, when digital is becoming the lead medium, it needs to be approached like any other strategic communication.

We learned the hard way

Nothing comes free hence we shouldn’t offer anything that is lesser than the cost, even our thinking! Learn it from e-commerce, anything free is never sustainable in the long run.

Did
we just share that?

We once went for a digital pitch with a brand manifesto that would bring alive the brand platform. The senior client liked it so much that they asked us to make a print ad on the same and release it immediately. We became the True reverse integrated agency that day!

Kotak Mutual Fund, Tata Sky Broadband, Mahindra Holidays & Resorts, Delhi Police, Point for People and 2 A listed consulting companies. We recently added Marico to our client rooster for their digital, social media and analytics management.

The industry as we foresee

We foresee social media & digital getting more strategic and lead-in communication. The need for pure-play brand thinkers on social, digital, analytics will stand apart from the 30 days 30 posts agencies.

A day without Internet

Should be a beautiful day! I haven’t had a full day without the internet for a very long time!
