How would you define a Superwoman in today's day and age?

In today's day and age well, a superwoman is someone who can balance her professional and personal life and come out to be successful and HAPPY.

One quality that you think every superwoman has and that

So everyone faces challenges and problems in whatever they do, the inner will of never giving up and fighting the odds requires strength, So I feel the "Never give up attitude"  is what makes them super. This is something I stand by as well.

How successful have women been in shattering the glass
ceiling in the Media & Advertising field? Does the 'boardroom inequality'
phrase still stand true?

The last 10 years have seen a strategic change for women in the media and advertising field. With the rising women entrepreneurs to them taking up equal roles as men at agencies and companies, there is no more gender bias in this industry. The media & Advertising industry itself has evolved so much that there is no space for gender inequality, it's all about adaptability.

Boardroom inequality doesn't stand true anymore for the Media & Advertising industry as many women have taken up equal responsibilities as men, in and outside the boardroom. I've had the fortune of interacting with several CMOs, Corp Comm Heads, VPs, etc all of them being women, being perfectly comfortable in their roles, and ready for new challenges.

What are the key changes this industry needs in order to make workplaces gender-neutral, safe, and nurturing?

Having said all of the
above, a lot of limitation exists in the mindsets. It's not that a particular
gender that can't 'do' certain things, its what people choose to believe based
on their assumptions. What the industry can really do is break the myths and
misconceptions, address it on a broader scale, create a campaign that touches
various pain points. Gender neutrality will only happen with a change of
mindset.
