Portal TV is now adding Netflix, Zoom for working remotely and connecting with friends, new titles in Story Time library, and more.
Netflix is being added to Facebook's Portal TV in all countries where Portal is sold. Further, Zoom is also being integrated to aid in the remote working experience that most professionals are adhering to.
Zoom on Portal might help users get more out of their meetings. With Portal as a dedicated screen for your video calls, it frees up your laptop to take notes or multitask.
The AI-powered Smart Camera for hands-free video calling, Zoom on Portal can also be used for leisure purposes with friends and family. Zoom on Portal is now available on Portal Mini, Portal, and Portal+ in all regions where Portal is sold.
At Facebook Connect, the company announced that they're expanding the Story Time library with a collection of stories.
They have also added the ability to control AR Effects in Photo Booth using your voice with “Hey Portal.” Now you can use “Hey Portal” with AR effects to create and send themed cards and capture photos and videos of them to share with friends and family via Messenger.
