D’Corner: Disha Mishra Dubey’s Diwali decor jazz
The month of October simply flew by. Preparing for Diwali, decking up our homes, indulging in mounds of sugar and ghee, and taking delight as the festival of lights, gave us once again reasons to love, laugh, and let go of the mundane responsibilities for a bit.
Just like our mood, decor in the month of October too looked brighter and happier. Lights beaming in every corner of the home with magic sprinkled everywhere.
Just as we were on our monthly hunt of D’Corners that illuminated the Diwali just a little bit, we came across Design Decor & Disha’s elegantly set up festive corners. Tea light candles, flowers, and a pristine statue, the corner is a decor manifestation of peace.
Preeti Prabhu’s Decor Design & Disha managed to convey the festive spirit with subtle yet charming decor. Not too blingy, not too loud, the Diwali D’Corners is oozing with charm. Not to mention, the mix of colours in one frame, a lively and welcoming couch, we’d all want to recoil in.
The blue Buddha statue, particularly, takes the look of the living room to an all new level. Also, an interesting positioning of the bird cage, which is usually hung on windows or corners, missing out on a lot of compliments it deserves.
