Today Dropbox announced that users will now be able to share files directly from their Dropbox accounts with Facebook Groups on a new integration .
Users of both platforms can share documents, photos and videos, which will be displayed on the group's wall. Members of the group can then preview the file, download it, comment and like the files shared. Members will also be allowed to make any edits to a file that they’ve shared. The group will be notified automatically!
Furthermore, users will be able to see and access these posts on either the desktop or mobile versions of Facebook.
To share a file on your group’s page,
If you haven’t already, sign in or create a Dropbox account. If this is your first time, you’ll also be asked for permission to link your Dropbox account to Facebook.

According to Dropbox
Dropbox and Facebook exchange only the information that's needed for you to add a file to your group. Facebook does not receive other information or access to your Dropbox account. When you share a link, Dropbox creates a unique token used only in that link. It is almost impossible to guess the token, but even if someone was able to, they'd have to know the name of the folder and files the link points to.
With this Dropbox, will now have a great exposure to Facebook’s huge user base. Facebook too sees a great potential in this regard. This feature will start rolling out today!
