Social Wavelength, a social media agency has now been appointed as a reseller for Salesforce Marketing Cloud in India. Marketing Cloud is the world’s only integrated suite of social media solutions comprising of Radian6, Buddy Media and Social.com. Social Wavelength has been an authorized reseller for Radian6 for over one year now.
Marketing Cloud was launched in India at an invite-only event held in Mumbai and Delhi on 20th June, ‘13 and 21st June ‘13, respectively. Gareth Baker, Senior Channel Manager, APAC for Salesforce.com introduced Marketing Cloud and shared case studies on how businesses worldwide are using the same. Over 50% of the Fortune 500 companies use Marketing Cloud for managing their entire social media listening, content creation, engagement and advertising.
Mr. Mallikarajuna Rao, Vice President, Idea Cellular spoke about how Idea, along with Social Wavelength, has set up a social media command centre with round-the-clock operations to monitor social media conversations and respond to customer queries in almost real-time basis.
Mr. Sumit Dave, Vice President, Genpact demonstrated how social media listening was helping generate business intelligence for a B2B brand like Genpact.
Ms. Suniti Kapoor, Chief Manager, Digital Marketing at Audi presented a case study on how social media listening using Radian6 is helping Audi stay ahead of competition in terms of engaging consumers and influencers on social networks.
