Arvinder Gujral Joins Twitter India

Twitter India in their senior level recruitment has hired Arvinder Gujral in their team as the Head of Mobile Business Development. Arvinder was previously employed in Aircel India as the Head Data VAS, New Products and Aircel Digital.

This is the second big senior level appointment after Rishi Jaitly, who is now the Market Director for Twitter India.

Twitter has been trying to expand their markets in India and had recently partnered with Vodafone India to offer free access to Twitter’s Android app. It is is trying to build a better user base as well as a better ad presence. For which they are targeting network carriers and operators.

Gujral has been working at Twitter India for two months now. Prior to Aircel, Gujral was associated with companies like Geodesic Information System as Director Product Marketing, and Ciber Inc. as VP Business Development.
