One of biggest mergers in digital marketing took place between Publicis and Omnicom and the new company is named Publicis Omnicom Groupe on 18th July 2013. Maurice Levy, the face of Publicis and John Wren from Omnicom decided to serve as co-CEO’s for the first two and a half years of the deal. The company which will be headquartered in Netherlands has combined revenue of over 23 billion dollars as of 2012 figures. The total employee strength exceeds 1,30,000.
