Avian Media is a relatively younger organisation than the last three ones in Palin’s career. However, he notes in his blog that the organisation seems to be taking off like a rocket ship – adding clients, winning international awards. He said that Avian Media has attracted good clients and industry accolades in the past few years and he believes it is the right place for him that offers the flexibility, creativity, and culture to help him work towards industry priorities.
As the Digital world is aggressively making its mark in the Indian market, there is huge scope for the PR industry to build their expertise in this space. There is also an increase in the number of clients demanding exposure on digital media and not just traditional alone.
Thus, it is important that agencies have inhouse digital expertise.
Nitin Mantri, CEO and Business Partner, Avian Media, notes that companies are opting for an integrated PR and digital approach. Hence, it is crucial for them to strengthen their team who could help them deliver successful digital campaigns for clients.
Clients are looking at tighter integration of digital in marketing, communication and customer service initiatives with teams that understand business requirements, quality in execution and ideas with substance. Palin added “My priority at Avian Media will be to work on these expectations and take the delivery a notch higher in the industry.”
As much as we have followed Palin’s career, his experience in PR, Digital Strategy across sectors, digital integration, creative content creation and analytics will add a lot of value to Avian Media’s existing capabilities in the digital space.
