Who are we?

We are a team of start-up enthusiasts. We understand that most SMEs and start-ups do not have the bandwidth to take on online and offline marketing activities. Which is where we come in. We are a full-service Digital Marketing Agency that understands the environment and the business needs of an SME or a Start-up, and works towards meeting them.

Our Mantra: ‘In Digital Marketing, creativity should result in an increase in numbers, if it doesn’t, it’s not creative enough’

What's in the name?

We were initially known as Creative Cobwebs. It’s only when Siddharth Basu, the famous TV reality show producer (he produces KBC too) made us realize, that Cobwebs are old and musty, unlike our work and our team, that we decided to change the name. Creative Ink is one of those rare digital companies, with a strong hold on content based marketing solutions coupled with business acumen.

We offer a plethora or services. But everything starts with an in depth understanding of the business model, and which services would actually help the business grow.

Why we do it?

Ritika Singh, one of the founders, headed Social Media at Groupon, and found that most agencies offered limited services, and that too, without an understanding with what would help the business grow.

Here are the 5 commandments that Creative Ink Follows:

• Thy ideas should extend to all kinds of media
• Digital media is not restricted to Facebook and Twitter, and a Brand’s presence shouldn’t be restricted either.
• There is nothing called ‘Social Media Campaign’. A campaign is a simple set of ideas, which should be so social, that people start talking about it on Social Media.
• The core objective of Social Media, is not to gather fans and followers, it is to either increase earnings or reduce costs for a business, over a period of time.
• Thy ideas need to be so creative, and business centric, that people feel ‘Why didn’t we think of this before!’

How we evolve?

We act as an extended marketing team for all our clients, understand their business, and then create campaigns. The key here, is to keep innovating, and to ensure that marketing spends are used effectively.

There are many agencies in this space, however none follow processes. Not many have standardized formats for content planning, and reporting. This is something Creative Ink offers, for every project they execute.
