Key Indian Politicians and parties

This is part of a series where we pick data from the MTS Election Tracker, crunch numbers and build a graphical representation from them. We have used Konnect Social to track the data, along with support from our knowledge partner, Social Rajneeti. Read other articles about Election tracker here.

Along the lines of premier social networking platforms like Facebook and Twitter, the ones that are side-lined often are YouTube and Google+. It is the proper execution of apt strategies on these particular platforms that makes a social media plan successful in real sense. Looking at the efforts of the all-important men and women and their parties, it seems that Narendra Modi-led BJP has smartly incorporated their efforts over the years into their channel which has a huge pool of videos to watch from. AAP, on the other hand, has an upper hand on Google+ where they have divulged into various topics that are citizen-oriented.

A look into the statistics of the parties and the politicians clears the dust to a great extent. Is their presence exceptional or mediocre? Facts and figures say a lot, but is it really enough or not, that only time will tell.
