Health Insurance in India is an extremely under-penetrated category with abysmal awareness and understanding. Last year, Iffort helped Max Bupa, one of the leading health insurance providers to drive a consumer education campaign on Social Media. The focus of the award winning campaign was to bust the prevailing myths of health insurance industry.
Through the use of two characters, Satya and Mathya, they educated the brand's community about health insurance in a fun, quirky and an engaging way.
The characters were launched in a Bollywood movie trailer format. The campaign was built around conversations between these two characters via comic strips, puzzles and tips. Also, they went on to win the award for the 'Best Client Agency' idea at the Loyalty Summit Awards in Mumbai.
