PM Narendra Modi Debuts On Instagram

Narendra Modi instagrammed his first picture today from Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar - where he is attending the ASEAN-India summit and debuted on yet another Social Media platform.

The Prime Minister posted the picture of himself with the caption: "At the Summit...captured a glimpse of the venue."

Narendra Modi is probably India's most social media and tech savvy politician with close to eight million followers on Twitter. Modi made it a point to reach out to the people from various Social Media Platforms which was considered a significant part of the national election campaign that brought him and his party, the BJP, to power.

He is also active on other Social Media websites such as Facebook, Tumblr and LinkedIn.
