Snap Fitness India appointed Mumbai-based ColourCraft Studio (CCS) a year ago to devise and execute a strategy for the international gym franchise’s digital presence in India, a market that is already saturated with dozens of franchises and stand-alone fitness centres.
“Snap wanted to stand out of the crowd with youthful, localized content with plenty of user interaction. Of course raising memberships and franchises is the overall goal but we also wanted to maintain our brand value at par with, if not better than the Snap Fitness franchise worldwide. CCS has helped us achieve both,” commented Srileka Reddy, Marketing Director at Snap Fitness.
In the last year, CCS has digitally anchored successful launches of new Snap Fitness outlets in tier I, II and III cities in the country, enabling plethora of gym memberships as well as franchising opportunities through social media campaigns and digital advertising, and enhanced the gym’s brand value with online reputation management.
Since its inception in India in 2008, Snap Fitness India has launched over 60 clubs across 15 major cities including Bangalore, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Gurgaon. The India wing of Snap Fitness, a recognized global leader in the fitness industry, has fast become the 2nd largest fitness chain in the country, looking to expand to 300 centres in the next 3 years, with a focus on providing members with the best equipment, guidance, and value, recently winning it the Wellness India Award for Best Fitness Chain in India.
Commenting on the continuing association with Snap Fitness India, Aditi Gandhi, Business Director and Co-founder of ColourCraft Studio said, “The relationship with Snap Fitness India has been extremely gratifying as the company has allowed us a great deal of freedom in taking the digital strategy forward. We are excited to take this association forward and help Snap Fitness achieve its marketing objectives in keeping with its mammoth expansion plans.”
