Objective
Rising Pune Super Giants wanted to take LIVE tweeting to the next level by LIVE doodling.
Execution
Rising Pune Super Giants were taking on Delhi Daredevils on 5th May 2016. This was not just another day in the Vivo IPL. The social media teams and fans alike were getting ready for a twitter battle that happens every day. But this time, it was no normal Twitter battle.
The brand raised their bar by LIVE doodling. As soon as Dinda bowled the first over of the match, came out the first Doodle Tweet by @rpsupergiants.
Every enthusiastic moment during the match was captured as a cartoon and was being uploaded in real time. Supporting every fan, cheering for every runout and screaming for every ball that crossed the boundary, these doodles became an exciting way to interact. The doodles were cheeky, witty, and absolutely relatable references to Pune and Delhi.

Tweeples started engaging with the content straight up. This activity became a bigger success when the fans started sending in their own doodles/sketches. The icing on the cake though was Pune winning the battle on the ground as well as on social media.
Results
The IPL team from Pune took the netizens on a doodle joy ride by doodling 37 artworks getting 830 re-tweets and received 178 replies. This activity also got 2736 likes and a total of 2,39,317 impressions.
The artwork earned Rising Pune Supergiants some brownie points for creativity and helped them stand-out amidst all the IPL noise across social media channels.
