Kashmiri Journalist turned online activist Raheel Khursheed has decided to move on from his role of Head - News Partnership, Twitter India & South east Asia.

After serving the micro-blogging site for over four and a half years, Khursheed announced of his decision to quit Twitter in a tweet itself. He has also revealed his next destination and the areas that he will be exploring ahead in a series of tweets.

In his goodbye words to Twitter, Khursheed said, “It has been a transformative four and a half years for me at this company, working on/for a product that I have loved for more than a decade! I look forward to all the exciting places Team @Twitter is taking the product to. Twitter is & will continue to be an incredibly important player shaping the global public sphere & our engagement with it and I will remain an ardent fan, cheering team @Twitter from the sidelines.”
