One of the early adopters of the Digital Wave in India, Prasanth Mohanachandran passed away this morning in Mumbai. He was 46 years old and is survived by his wife and parents.
In his outstanding professional journey that lasted for more than 20 years, Prasanth started Agency Digi in 2010, which later merged with The Social Street to make a way for the new unit The Digital Street. Prior to that, Prasanth held executive positions at OgilvyOne and Neo@Ogilvy for almost a decade.
Known for building and selling digital dreams, Prasanth had worked on various brands such as Vodafone, Unilever, Mentos, Cadbury, IBM and American Express. He truly believed the new world of digital with the old world of 30 Seconds.
Our heartfelt condolences go out to the family, friends and team at The Digital Street. The Indian Digital Industry has lost an extraordinary leader, a thorough professional and a wonderful human being. May his soul rest in peace and may God impart strength to the family in this moment of grief and pain.
