AT&T’s latest ad portrays every jitter you’d get while watching a Sports Drama and more. The one minute, thirty seconds long ad is a part of their “More for Your Thing” campaign.
AT&T has long been a telecommunications company but they have now been advancing further by providing a suite of premium products and services.
BBDO and media agency Hearts & Science developed the ad. The series of ads from the campaign promotes the range of movie genres and collections in their “Unlimited” plan.
The ad follows the same concept from campaign’s previous ads like “Surprise” & “Bus” which is a drastic twist squeezing two movie genres in one ad.

“Surprise” began with a romantic reunion at an airport and ended with the guy running for his life when the girlfriend shows her real self, which is a zombie.
“Bus” began with the bus filled with people hanging from a cliff and turned into a musical.
“Shot” begins with the depiction of a typical Sports Drama, “Will he take the shot?”, “No, he’d pass it”, “But, the man he was going to pass to, is marked”. He finally takes the shot and it’s a basket. People are filled with adrenaline and the winning team is on cloud 9. Typical Sports Drama? Not really. There’s more to it.
AT&T perfectly depicts the motive of their campaign that if you were satisfied with one thing, you shouldn’t be as there is more, for your thing.
