International Women's Day 2019 campaigns

International Women's Day campaigns 2019 are here unshackling the world from the chains of stereotypes.

An unfortunate turn of events in the human history has lead us into a world where women have to "prove" themselves to "show" they are deserving, for everyone to "know" their worth. But the world of advertising is using its resources, to provide a voice to the ones working towards turning the situation around with campaigns subjecting issues women face in today's world. Women's Day campaigns 2019 are here.

Although, stories of strong, independent and liberated women rising above in difficult situations and achieving their ambitions restores our faith. Such stories have even emerged in the Marketing & Advertising industry, narrated in #GirlsWhoSailed on Social Samosa.

While the situation is slowly changing for the better, as a UN Women Annual Report 2017–2018 suggests 43 countries increased budget allocations for gender equality and women's empowerment since 2014.
