Social Samosa presents the best of Ranbir Kapoor Ads, his notable endorsements, brand value, and iconic campaigns.
With the changing dynamics of brand ambassadors and celebrity endorsements, a lot of brands for their campaigns and other marketing initiatives, now try to have a known face that resonates with the brand identity. One such actor with high brand value and huge number of brands in the kitty is Ranbir Kapoor.
According to The Duff & Phelps Celebrity brand Valuation Report 2018, Ranbir held a brand value of $21.1 Million(close to 150 Crores INR). He also remained the top endorser in the Automobile sector.
In his stint with endorsements, Ranbir Kapoor has flown high, he has run at the forefront, he has fallen too, but the only thing he didn't do was, stop.
After his dormant stint following the washout of Jagga Jasoos, Ranbir bounced back with the blockbuster Sanju in 2018 and reportedly doubled his brand endorsement fee after the movie's success.
Managed by KWAN Entertainment, Ranbir Kapoor remains exclusive and sits in the premium sphere, with at least ten brand endorsements at any given point of time.
Currently, Flipkart is heavily campaigning with him to promote their 'Big Billion Days' while offering Ranbir's latest styles on the e-commerce platform.
Apart from Flipkart, Ranbir has endorsed several sizeable brands in his stint until now such as Oreo, Asian Paints, Panasonic, Renault India, Lenovo, Tata Docomo, Virgin Mobile, HeroMotoCorp, Nissan, Lays and many more.
Renault India has also partnered with Mumbai City FC, owned by Ranbir Kapoor, as their official automobile partner.
Coca Cola prevails to be another palpable brand in 2019 endorsed by Ranbir with noteworthy campaigns such as #SayItWithCoke and 'Win A Trip To World Cup' along with his Sanju co-star Paresh Rawal. Reportedly, this endorsement might also be a multi-year brand deal.
Before signing up with Coca Cola, Ranbir has also endorsed its rival brand Pepsi and given many iconic campaigns such as Youngistan, the 'Upar Cut' from Change The Game series or 'How To Lose A Girlfriend' from the Pepsi Tutorial series. Pepsi has copiously run campaigns with Ranbir for IPL and World Cup, during the period.
Ranbir's characters on the silver screen have always been memorable and stimulating, and so have been his characters in these campaigns.
Be it the caring brother for Oreo, the stand-up comedian for Tata Docomo, the corrupt politician for Asian Paints, the take-it-easy boyfriend for Hero maestro, the alien from Youngistan for Pepsi or any other Ranbir has added his charm to all the characters.
Ranbir Kapoor doesn't fail to increase any brand's popularity and presents an unforgettable preview of their products. The list of all the premium brands from leading sectors of the ecosystem are in his kitty and his continued rise of popularity are proof.
If you wait for two more minutes here, you'll fall in love with him again (after that you'll lose track of time).
