Facebook shares updates on improving the environment for people and advertisers on the platform.
Facebook Brand Safety Controls
Facebook has introduced new brand safety tools and improved few existing ones for advertisers to improve brand safety controls.
Ads Manager
Facebook has introduced a one-stop place in Ads Manager to create blocklists, get delivery reports, and set an account-level inventory filter, rather than applying it one campaign at a time.
Delivery Reports
The improved Delivery Reports allows an advertiser to search by account ID or publisher without having to download it.
New Brand Safety Partner
The company has joined hands with Zefr to continue to serve advertisers’ needs.
Dynamic Content Sets
This feature provides a content-level whitelisting tool for advertisers working with Integral Ad Science, OpenSlate, and Zefr.
This initial test for in-stream placements allows these partners to routinely update and adjust the videos available to advertisers based on what best suits their brand.

(Testing) Publisher White Lists
Publisher White Lists are being tested for Audience Network and in-stream ads on Facebook with select advertisers. The feature might expand more broadly next year.
Community Standards
Facebook mentions they will never be perfect but continue to make investments in technology and resources to limit harmful content on the platform.
They already have set Community Standards that determine what is allowed on the platform.
Industry Partners
Along with being a part of the working group for the World Federation of Advertiser’s Global Alliance for Responsible Media (GARM), Facebook is introducing sessions with industry bodies, enlisting expertise across subject matters, and continuing to invest in the technology and brand safety tools.
