Instagram Guides features curated content from handpicked creators & establishments that presently focusses on wellness.
In response to the emotional and physical struggles that the pandemic has dawned upon several, Instagram has launched a new tab called Guides within Profiles of a few creators, public figures, organizations, and publishers on the platform.
The content available on Guides will aid users with scuffles such as tips maintaining well-being & connection, and managing anxiety or grief. The tab will feature Photos, Videos, Galleries, and also short write-ups.

The platform is enabling creators to connect with expert organizations to share resources and come up with relevant content. The platform has associated with organizations that deal with mental health, suicide prevention, and overall well being.
Guides is only available to a handful of accounts at the present, namely @deepikapadukone, @afspnational, @heads_together, @vitaalere, @klicksafe, @headspace_aus, @sudahdong, and, @eenfance.
To view a Guide, tap the 'Guide' icon(that looks like a book) in the Profile of any of these creators, and view a post you're interested in, to learn more about a post, tap the image or video to view the original post. Users can share a Guide through DM or Stories like a regular post. The platform says Guides will also be available within the Explore tab, in the coming days.
The feature is presently is not available on Desktop and also might not be accessible if you don't have the updated version of the mobile app.
