As per the role, Vibha Sharma will be responsible for implementing the long-term strategic talent acquisition and management goals fueling the next phase of growth for Kinnect.
Kinnect has appointed Vibha Sharma as Vice President-HR, for its operations across India. Adding Vibha to the team is a part of the agency's plans to implement the long-term strategic talent acquisition and management goals to fuel their next phase of growth.
Prior to this, Sharma was the Head - People and Culture, Vuclip, where she was responsible for developing and executing organizational and talent strategies focused on building a robust culture. She has also led the organizational and cultural transformation at JWT, India, as the Director - HR. Her ancillary experience includes her working as a clinical psychologist for over two years.
