In his new role as National Creative Director for Schbang, Aditya will actively play a role in maintaining synergies across the north and south geographies of the company.
Schbang elevated Aditya Mehendale to the National Creative Director. Mehendale’s role will be to overlook the creative product across India for the agency. He will actively play a role in maintaining synergies across the North and South geographies of the company.
Mehendale, who started as a creative writer 6 years ago has grown with Schbang to craft and create effective communication for Fevicol, Amazon Prime Video, Ashok Leyland, Raw Pressery, Mattel, and Castrol and Jio. In the last year itself, he has helped bring in a 200 awards tally in Schbang Mumbai. A 30 under 30 Social Samosa winner himself, Mehendale’s mandate will enable Schbang to grow the creative product across India while nurturing talent within the company.

Sharing his thoughts on the promotion, Mehendale said, “It's been awe-inspiring to be part of a journey that has taken us from being a fledgling agency 7 years ago to one of the most dominant independents in India.
