LinkedIn's latest campaign 'Find Your In' goes beyond the conventional idea of networking to embrace a broader concept of what an 'in' can be in the professional realm. The 'in' could be a new connection that introduces you to a game-changing opportunity, a job posting that aligns perfectly with your aspirations, or an article that imparts valuable skills and insights relevant to your industry. It could also be a group of like-minded professionals coming together to share knowledge and support each other's growth.
The essence of 'Find Your In' is LinkedIn's commitment to making these opportunities more accessible, helping individuals connect, learn, and grow together. This campaign's central message is possibilities are unlocked, connections are formed, and opportunities are seized on LinkedIn.
Ashutosh Gupta, Country Manager, LinkedIn India, tells Social Samosa, "With 'Find Your In', the aim is to demonstrate how connecting with opportunities is not just about who you know, but also about what you might discover, who you might meet, and what you can learn from them to move forward in your career. It is about seizing opportunities that once might have felt out of reach."
The platform recently launched a global campaign.
Gupta says, "While the US continues to be a large market, India has increasingly become a key market for us to achieve International growth."
As of April January 2023, LinkedIn had an audience reach of 200 million users in the United States, says a Statista report. The country was by far the leading market for the professional job networking service, with runner-up India having an audience of 99 million, followed by India.
In collaboration with Droga5, LinkedIn recently launched its new global creative platform: Find Your In to spotlight key creators as they explore important ‘ins’ throughout their careers.
"We took inspiration from the universal concept within professional circles of having an ‘in’. “Ins” aren’t just about adding someone to your network, but can go beyond the people you know. An “in” can be anything that helps you grow in your career. Maybe your “in” is a new connection, or maybe it’s a job posting. Maybe it’s an article about learning new skills, an insight relevant to your industry, or a group of like-minded professionals coming together to share their knowledge. In any case, LinkedIn makes it easier for everyone to find the opportunity that they may or may not be looking for and use it to connect, learn, and grow together," adds Gupta.
