Punit Goenka steps down as MD to focus on CEO role at ZEEL

To further strengthen the leadership team, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has promoted Mukund Galgali to Deputy Chief Executive Officer, in addition to his responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer.
