Shayondeep Pal joins Network Advertising as Chief Creative Officer. He comes with multifaceted experience across categories and brands.
Shayon started his career at McCann and later moved to Grey. He had the opportunity to work on some of the key brands at both the agencies. In 2008, he joined Lowe Lintas, Delhi and was last designated as their Creative Head.
He prides himself in nurturing brands for years like OLX and Micromax, right from their inception. He is also the creative mind behind the popular films of Google - 'Bollywood: The Hero' and #TogetherOnline - First Day. The campaign ‘You Read, They Learn’ for Hindustan Times, won him and his team a Cannes.
Over the years, he has also worked on several other brands and created campaigns for Maruti Suzuki, Dabur, Halonix, Dominos, Greenlam, General Motors, Quikr, Gionee, AegonLife and many more.

With a desire to tell stories in a more involved way, Shayon founded Amorphous Films two years back. He has produced and directed over 40 advertising films for various brands.
He is a great addition to Network’s core management team and will play a vital role in nurturing the brands.
