Brands take a different route with World Sleep Day 2023 creatives and campaigns; one declares an annual holiday, one takes a power break while another turn into India's sleepiest page.
As trivial as it may sound but the importance of sleep is not spoken about enough. A new report issued by the Global Council on Brain Health (GCBH), recommends seven to eight hours of sleep each day as a way to maintain brain health, even as one ages.
Keeping in line with this, on this World Sleep Day, brands were seen raising awareness around lack of sleep and created quirky sleep-related content with creatives.
Wakefit.co announced its ‘Gift of Sleep' campaign along with an annual holiday in order to gift sleep to its employees on World Sleep Day.
On the other hand, Duroflex launched ‘India’s Sleepiest Page’ campaign to help people wind down and prepare for a good night's sleep. According to Duroflex, consuming exciting content on the internet induces dopamine, which delays sleep. The campaign was intended to raise awareness around increasing social media consumption and its side-effects.
ZzzQuil launched a music anthem in collaboration with popular internet sensation and music composer Yashraj Mukhate. He created a sleep anthem for the audience promoting the importance of sleep and reminding consumers to fix their sleep cycles.
Below are a few brand creatives and campaigns for World Sleep Day that stood out of the clutter on social media.
